Root Ready operates a marketplace that connects customers requesting sod/turf projects with independent supply partners who quote and fulfill those projects. Root Ready is not itself a sod grower or installer.

Submitting a project request does not create a binding order or purchase agreement. It authorizes Root Ready to contact you about your project and to prepare pricing on your behalf from available supply partners. A binding commitment is formed only once you accept a specific quote presented to you and Root Ready confirms your order as booked.

Root Ready sources quotes from a network of independent supply partners. We do not guarantee that a supply partner will be available, able to quote, or able to fulfill any particular project, quantity, timeline, or price.

You are responsible for providing accurate project and jobsite information. Quotes and fulfillment are based on the information you provide; inaccurate information may affect pricing, availability, or fulfillment.

The Root Ready platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Root Ready is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it.
